In the event that you need to make a claim we can assist you and deal with the Insurer and related parties directly on your behalf to alleviate unnecessary stress. This is a complimentary service provided to our much valued clients.
Firstly we will summarize your cover to ensure you have an understanding of what you may or may not be entitled to following your accident, injury or illness. Once we have assigned someone to help you handle your claim we can help complete documentation and compile financial evidence (if required) for the Insurer.
We will also liaise with your accountants and solicitors in addition to the Insurance companies and follow up with the Insurer every step of the way to make sure that any entitlements are received by you in a timely manner.
After the claim is complete, there can often be residual stress to the insured and to family members – we will try to alleviate this by putting the right measures in place to make sure your ongoing needs are met.
If the worst should happen resulting in terminal illness or premature death, we will assist your family and loved ones with the claims process following it through until completion.
